Its always odd when someone who hated you starts singing your praises. Last friday, Playboi Carti hater Nine Vicious was seen on camera praising Playboi Carti. We're covering what's been going on with that since its the only Carti related news at the moment
Where it all started
Back in May of 2026, there was a falling out between Opium affiliate ApolloRed and Nine Vicious. This falling out was caused by ApolloRed working and dropping music with OsamaSon. Nine Vicious responded by dropping a 9 minute diss track accusing OPMBabi of being a rat.
In response, Opium memebers Ken Carson and ApolloRed fired off a diss track titled "9 B*tches"
The recent glaze
In a recent clip that has surfaced online, Nine Vicious is seen praising Whole Lotta Red and Playboi Carti

Our newsroom has never seen glaze so thick. That is a complete 180 degree turn from calling members of the Opium camp rats. From writing 9 minute diss tracks to laying the glaze thick like he's Kripsy Kreme, we have not seen that degree of glaze in a long time.
Ken Carson Fires Back, Nine says "Pull Up"
On Sunday, Ken Carson fired shots on his Twitter. The full tweet can be seen above. Rightfully so, Ken Carson calls out Nine Vicious for flip flopping.

In a recently released track by Nine Vicious, he appears to diss Ken Carson. He calls out to Ken Carson to pull up at his show in Atlanta on October 17th
